Get a quote / Two routes, no dead ends
There are two honest routes, and this page keeps both. Standard products are configured and priced instantly by the calculator on the live store. Custom work is quoted by the team from your specifications and your print file, the way foil and spot UV are quoted today. The configurator below runs the second route.
Routes
Route A / Standard products
On the live store, each product page carries a pricing calculator. Choose the size, paper, quantity and finishing and the price updates as you go. The minimum order quantity is simply the first option shown, and every order includes a free online PDF proof and a free file inspection before print.
Route B / Custom work
Some finishes are not sold online because they need a human eye on the specifications: foil and spot UV are the standing examples. Run the four passes below and the configurator packages your specifications into one addressed email to the team.
No account and no login are needed to ask. That is deliberate.
Route A / The published sequence
Step 01
Start in the main menu and pick what you are printing.
Step 02
Make a selection for each product option; every option carries a description to help you choose the paper stock that fits.
Step 03
Choose a digital or hard copy proof, and the quantity. If the quantity is not listed, type a custom quantity into the calculator.
Step 04
Upload the print-ready PDF, or choose to upload it later instead.
Step 05
Add the configured job to the cart and check out on the store.
Every order
Whichever route you take, every order includes a free online PDF proof and a free file inspection before anything prints.
Route B / The configurator
Honest machinery: this is a prototype, so it runs no backend and stores nothing. The final pass composes an email in your own mail app, addressed to support@newprint.ca, carrying the spec sheet exactly as shown. Nothing is sent by this page.
Terms / Readout
Cancellations
Cancelling an order costs $10 before a proof has been sent, and $25 after a proof has been sent but before you approve it. Once a job is approved there are no refunds, and refunds are issued as in-house credit.
Returns
Report defects within 10 days of receiving the order, through a Trouble Ticket, with photos of the defect. Defective orders are reprinted or refunded as house credit, and Quality Assurance documents the issue. Direct mail work is reviewed case by case.
